Refund/Exchange Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we're here to help.

Returns/Replacement

You have 7 days to request a replacement for an item from the date you received it provided, the product you received is found defective in manufacturing. To be eligible for a replacement, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Exchanges

No exchange applicable, only replacement clause applicable as above. 

Refunds

We only refund if the products are non-replaceable by us for reasons of inventory issues. In circumstances where you consider that a product is defective, you should promptly contact us with details of the product and the defect.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your return after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a replacement or refund to your original source of payment. You will receive the credit within 5 - 7 business days, depending on your bank's policies.
